An operating system for an education agency, and the website that feeds it
We designed Europaplus OS, the control panel the team uses to run the whole school year, and rebuilt the website from scratch so it attracts families from Google.

An entire school year run on spreadsheets
Europaplus managed each school year with spreadsheets, emails and sketches: weekly tasks, supplier comparisons, student records, payments and flights, each in a different place. The website didn't help either: it didn't answer what families search for on Google and didn't turn visits into applications.
The whole school year, in a single panel

Europaplus OS organizes the year into phases, from kick-off to closing, and tells you at every moment what needs doing. The overview shows the current phase, the year's targets (leads, schools, students and revenue) and what's pending for each person.

The screenshots show the 2027/2028 school year just opened: that's why many counters are at zero.
Tasks come from the school-year calendar
Each phase brings its tasks, assigned by person and organized by week or on a calendar. What used to be a shared spreadsheet now alerts you when something is due.

Every student's record, connected to everything
Each student has a record, a payment plan, flights and documents. The list can be filtered by year, school or payment status, and the pipeline tracks every enrolment from first contact.

Choosing suppliers on criteria, not by eye
Irish suppliers, Spanish schools and sports clubs are onboarded with a step-by-step wizard. Each supplier gets a prior rating on price, capacity, experience, rapport and sports, with weights, that places it in a ranking.

Acquisition and marketing inside the same panel
A lead CRM by channel, a real-time funnel, automated flows (for example, what happens when a lead comes in from the website) and a content manager for pages and the blog.

Everyone sees what they need
Five roles (Management, Spain Coordination, Ireland Coordination, Sales and Read-only) with permissions per module. The panel connects with Google Analytics, Search Console, Brevo, Meta Business, Google Calendar and the bank.

39 pages, one for each question families ask
Before designing, we analysed the entire website and the real searches families make. Each page answers a specific intent, and navigation is grouped into four menus: Programmes, Ireland, Trust and Resources.

SEO from the very first line
What it is, who it's for and what to do next
A headline with a rotating manifesto, the service definition in the first paragraph and two calls to action: request information or download the brochure. Then the two main programmes and eight experience blocks, with credit recognition, the diploma and English level first.

A form that feels like a conversation
The form opens full screen. It asks for contact details first, so the application isn't lost even if the family doesn't finish. There are two versions: the information request, in 9 steps, and the brochure request, on a single screen.

Answering before they ask
Real reviews with names and photos, a safety page explaining who looks after the student and what happens in an emergency, and FAQs on every page.

Navy, orange and not a single rounded corner
Each block has its own symbol, which appears together with its text. Retina PNG at 3.3×, about 72 KB in total.
